Please answer a few question to help diagnose the problem:
1. Are you use the standart symbian mail client rather than some external programm like the ProfiMail?
2. Is the missed mail count properly displayed on the first screen of the T-Reminder? Seek for "E_Mails Missed: 1" string.
3. Is there system sign "missed e-mails" on a screen when you get e-mails?
4. Test the melody choosed for reminding. Switch of and then switch on the reminding about missed mails. If the melody is available you will hear it.

It might be you set a too long remind interval.

thanks for fast reply,
I use the Nokia email client on E72. "Nokia Messaging"(email.nokia.com)
T-reminder not give back any feedback or remind for email event. (For sms or call i see the "popup" when unlock the phone )
In homescreen i see the (symbian system) sign of unread email message.
The interval is set on 1 minute.
I switch off and switch on t-reminder program, the phone, and only email service, but this don't resolve.

thanks

It seems the problem is too deep.
The best way is to use a debug vesion of the T-Reminder.
Please send me an IMEI of your phone and I'll send you the signed debug version.
It writes log to E:\TReinder.log file.
This log provide me all necessary informaion to resolve this problem.

switch on the mail reminder and wait for the 20 seconds.

I've analysed the log and found the problem.

The reminding interval for missed E-Mails is too long.
I found the values 14 or 16 hours. This way you will get a first reminding about missed mail 14 hours after mail arraving.

You should use some kind of 5 minutes value for the reminding interval.

Try to completely uninstall T-Reminder
Then install T-Reminder and switch on mail tracker only.
Don't change any other parameter.
This way T-Reminder will remind about missed mails 5 minutes after it is arrived.

I've found the reason.
Unfortunately the Nokia Messaging doesn't write mails into the phone database.
It uses own database.

So, new mails appears in the Nokia Messaging database only.
The T-Reminder can't get to them and can't remind about missed mails.

You can set the standart mail boxes to get new mails.
New mails will appear in standart boxes and T-reminder will remind about them.
And the new mails will apear in your mail client and you can normally work with them.

But this way you have got two copy of each mail on your phone.

If evaluate the "talk to Nokia" and "set the standart mail boxes" variants, I guess, the second one is significant easier to done.
